We only have about 9 weeks left in our apartment and my older brother took his TV back so we officially canceled our cable. It hasn't been too bad expect on those days when you are so hungover and all you want to do is lay in a dark room, order a pizza and watch a really bad trashy reality TV. Needless to say every once in awhile not having cable truly blows. Luckily Meghan has the entire box set of Sex And The City! I'm not talking about any box set either. She has the fancy one that holds the discs in a bound, crushed velvet book. It's gorgeous.
Honestly, where would we be without SATC?
I feel like I have learned so much from that show about all the uncomfortable/unfortunate things that happen in life.
In all seriousness the one thing that I do really like about the show is how they always tend to show you that no matter how terrible it gets, as long as you have some good friends by your side, it all works out.
I have been in quite a slump lately with turning 25 and Meghan has been nothing but a real doll putting it all in perspective and making me realize what a boob I am being. I could not ask for a better friend!
